As Senior Analyst, Data and Analytics, you will play a critical role in the design, development and delivery of data, analytics and AI products that support regional and functional business teams.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Partners, and Engineering teams to translate business questions into actionable insights, ensuring products are high‑quality, scalable, and aligned to the broader Bacardi Data, Analytics and AI strategy.

This role is suited to a highly capable analytics professional who thrives in hands‑on delivery, brings strong business acumen, and can influence outcomes through expertise rather than formal authority.

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced analytics practitioner who:

  • Takes ownership of complex analytical problems from definition through delivery
  • Partners effectively with business and technology stakeholders
  • Balances analytical rigor with pragmatic execution
  • Is comfortable operating in a global, matrixed environment team

You will work with internal and external partners to ensure standards and best practices are followed in the development and support of analytics products.

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

  • Co-Responsible for full delivery and ownership of end-state analytics products including:
  • Deliver high quality analytics assets and insights that support regional and functional priorities
    • Contribute to the design and build of analytics products, including data models, dashboards, and analytical outputs
    • Translate business requirements into clear analytical specifications in partnership with Product Owners and Engineers
    • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers
    • Support testing, validation, and deployment of analytics products to ensure accuracy and usability
  • Participate in Regional Analytics Governance Forums and Participate in Functional Leadership teams for identification and prioritization of analytics products
  • Work closely with other DnA team members and Technical Support/Operations on enhancement and maintenance requests as needed
  • Support broader team on collaboration with BRM’s and Business partners to provide timely updates and to escalate risks or support needed
  • Support adoption of analytics products by providing documentation, walkthroughs, and insight narratives
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Platform teams to ensure analytics solutions align with architectural standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement of analytics standards, tools, and ways of working
  • Contribute to issue resolution and enhancements for live analytics products as required
  • Accountable for informing global data and analytics portfolio team about all requests/initiatives/ongoing work
  • Responsible for assisting operations team with issues/changes to production analytics products for which they owned delivery
  • Point of contact with spoke Teams in applicable functions and/or regions
  • Participate in the evaluation of data and analytics emerging technology and tools
  • Work with vendors as needed to support ongoing projects and operations:
    • Maximize the value of our key partnerships
    • Ensure that the partners deliver services that meet the business requirements and the agreed SLAs. Take corrective actions whenever not the case

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

  • Strong experience in data analysis and analytics delivery within a complex business environment
  • Solid understanding of business processes and performance drivers within a region and/or function
  • Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and data requirements
  • Technical proficiency in:
  • Data modelling and data structures
  • Exploratory data analytics techniques
  • Data visualization principles and tools
  • Analytics platforms, with strong experience in Microsoft and/or SAP ecosystems
  • Experience working in agile or product oriented analytics teams
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • High levels of collaboration and comfort working in a matrixed, global environment
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy, and security principles
  • Product Management/Ownership skills and willingness to deepen learning in this area
  • Understanding of IT governance and operations, IT controls (privacy, security)
