RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
• Be an essential business partner for the Managing Director of SEA and executive team in all people related and organizational matters.
• Understand the inner workings of the business to ensure the right talent strategies to deliver the business objectives.
• Play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Regional & Global HR teams to develop and lead the implementation of global and regional HR strategies.
• Be a culture champion. Deliver the global people, diversity & culture agenda for the country and assuring adaptation to needs.
• Identify and develop the future leaders of the country through succession planning and talent management activities.
• Cultivate an open-door policy for all employees, therefore continually supporting compliance and integrity in business activities
• Deliver a robust and value-add recruitment, onboarding, integration & retention strategy for the country aligned to global and regional strategy.
• Lead career development (e.g., coaching, evaluations / reviews, transfers, promotions, retirements, exits, etc.)
• Ensure that people are enabled, engaged, have a strong sense of Belonging and developed to deliver outstanding results through people engagement programs and initiatives.
• Manage employee budgets and allocates appropriate resources to the needs of the markets; directs cost optimization and investments.
• Manage employee, regulatory and labour relations initiatives / actions.
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
• Strong understanding of SEA country labor laws and practices
• Experience in employee relations, talent management, learning & development, recognition & incentive programs, employee engagement and some exposure to immigration
• People management experience
• High energy level / ability to motivate and support HR programs across the business
• Experience partnering, managing, and influencing multiple senior stakeholders
• Handles ambiguity with comfort, is resourceful, solution orientation and has a growth mindset
• A self-starter, who works well with autonomy and can prioritize with sound judgement
• Capacity to create a culture of ‘Belonging’, where people feel appreciated for who they are, what they do, and who they can become
• Commercial understanding of business levers and experience building HR programs / practices to enable business results
• Can inspire and motivate people and teams to do their best and maintain connections across Bacardi, even in challenging times
• Critical thinking, ability to solve problems, question status quo and think creatively
• Experience in leading change, with a desire to experiment and ability to effectively deal with the heat of change.
