Responsabilities:
· Responsible for sell out and sell in forecast construction and alignment with the distributors (or marketing and sales team for direct markets) in the markets under your scope.
· You will receive, consolidate and analyse the sales and inventory actuals and forecast from distributors (or customers for direct markets) and you will lead a Demand Review with your customers and / or Bacardi commercial teams to align on sell out forecast and sell in plan.
· You will build an S&OP forecast that will be the input for the IBP cycle and you will present valuable insights for business alignment identifying gaps and opportunities in your markets.
· Responsible for making your sales plan happen, anticipating risks and challenges and serving as a bridge between the markets under your scope and the rest of Bacardí Supply Chain functions, to make sure that your demand plan and your customers PO’s are met.
· Responsible for Demand management in Bacardí System. Ensuring that demand is reflected in the correct codes to the right product origins with anticipation and accuracy. You will collaborate with plants and innovation teams to ensure that all the innovations are correctly forecasted in the time and quantities that the business requires.
· You will manage the product life cycle process, ensuring that the changes, innovations, delistings, etc are correctly reflected in the system and planned with anticipation.
· Deliver continuously improve forecasting techniques, method, and approach to make a step change on forecast accuracy.
· Provide visibility of KPIs: BIAS, Accuracy, Orders delayed and be a support in action plans to improve them.
· Support the cross functional team of Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to achieve consensus each month within the S&OP cycle.
Provide visibility for Slow & No Movers, and agree actions plans to mitigate obsolescence and write off.
Skills:
· 3 years of experience in demand planning roles.
· Advanced Excel required, BI and SAP desirable.
· Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese written and spoken, both used in your day to day communication and work. Business English required for communication with global functions and plants.
· Business savvy and a good understanding of the consumer & customer needs. Ability and willingness to learn and interact with other functions and customers.
· Ability to find effective ways of working within a matrix organization, and within a fast-changing environment.
· Proven experience managing complex data and building tools for analysis.
· Willingness to work collaboratively with teams across different geographies and cultures.
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Business, Logistics or equivalent
· Previous experience working with distributor model and global supply is highly desirable, but not a must.
