Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day operation of the PMO and contribute to the successful delivery of technology initiatives across the organization. This includes:
Acting as a trusted partner to Project Managers and Technology stakeholders, providing portfolio and project insights, governance guidance, and operational support
Supporting project governance activities and ensuring projects comply with established processes, standards, and reporting requirements
Performing quality reviews, providing guidance to project teams, and contributing to portfolio reporting
Maintaining portfolio financial information, including budgets, commitments, and expenditure tracking
Partnering with Pool Managers and Project Managers to maintain visibility of resource demand and capacity across the portfolio, providing data-driven insights that support effective planning, prioritization, and resource allocation decisions
PM as a Service: Contributing to Tech’s PM as a Service model by supporting the coordination and quality oversight of initiatives delivered by external Project Managers. This translates into:
Supporting the PM as a Service model by coordinating and overseeing a pool of external Project Managers, ensuring alignment to PMO governance, delivery standards, and reporting expectations
Acting as the primary PMO point of contact for external PMs, supporting onboarding, ways of working alignment, and consistent application of methodologies and tools
Monitoring delivery quality across externally managed projects, escalating risks and issues as needed
Tooling: Supporting PMO tools and platforms to enable effective portfolio and project management. This translates into:
Supporting the ongoing operation of Project Online, OnePlan, SharePoint, and Teams
Ensuring data quality, health checks, and stakeholder follow-ups
Supporting platform adoption
SKILLS:
Hands‑on experience with project governance, methodologies, standards, tools, and templates
Experience in a project management or PMO role, ideally supporting technology programs and projects
Required knowledge and practical experience across both Waterfall and Agile delivery models
Project Management qualifications or certifications preferred
Strong familiarity with project management and portfolio management tools such as Project Online and OnePlan
Strong knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint; SAP knowledge is a plus
Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal (Spanish a plus)
