The Opportunity
As Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a critical role supporting the execution of brand strategy for Patrón Tequila and BACARDÍ Rum across ANZ. Working closely with the Brand Manager and agency partners, you’ll help bring brand plans to life through strong execution, cultural relevance and attention to detail.
This role is ideal for a driven, curious marketer ready to build foundational brand experience and grow their career.
Key Responsibilities
With the consumer at the heart, you will:
Support the planning and execution of brand activities across the marketing mix.
Help adapt global brand strategies into locally relevant executions for the ANZ market.
Coordinate agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and on brand.
Track marketing budgets, activity timelines and brand performance metrics.
Support analysis of consumer, shopper and market insights to inform decision‑making.
Maintain high standards of brand execution across all touchpoints.
About You
You’re an organised, energetic and ambitious marketer who loves getting things done.
You’ll bring:
2+ years’ experience in FMCG marketing (spirits or premium categories advantageous).
Strong project coordination skills and attention to detail.
Confidence working with agencies and multiple internal stakeholders.
A proactive mindset, willingness to learn and passion for brand building.
Strong communication skills and curiosity about culture, trends and consumer behaviour.
