Planeador de la Demanda Tequila Supply

Objetivo

Gestionar de manera efectiva el analisis de la demanda a través de herramientas estadísticas para que en conjunto con el especialista en programación de la producción se construyan los productos adecuados para satisfacer la demanda de los clientes.

Principales Funciones

  • Realizar los análisis estadísticos necesarios para identificar cambios en las tendencias de consumo, demanda y derivado de estos hacer modificaciones en el plan de producción según sea necesario, desarrollando tableros de control y tendencias en la demanda a niveles de IPCs por mercado.
  • Construir la demanda base mediante el análisis de los pedidos de clientes, comunicación con los mismos así como la interacción de modelos estadisticos que soporten el mejor prónostico con el fin de tener el punto de referencia para la planeación de la demanda y la estrategia de stock que se determine para la producción en Planta.
  • Analizar, validar y documentar lanzamientos, desarrollos y nuevos productos; desde la planeación de la demanda, así como tendencias y factores de influencia externos o internos que tengan un impacto en requerimientos futuros de los clientes para considerarlos en el MPS.
  • Desarrollar plan de Demanda y MPS realista y alcanzable, así como Identificar oportunidades de mejora entre el Plan de Demanda y la Meta del Negocio, proponiendo información a su jefe directo sobre la aceptación del GAP o definición de impactos que nos permitan garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del negocio.
  • Monitorear continuamente los indicadores de gestión (KPI’s & KMI's) de Planeación basados OTIF y OFR así como su relación directa desde la acertividad del pronóstico y señales hacia la construcción de un óptimo MPS.
  • Contribuir a la Gerencia comunicación efectiva y concisa entre los clientes y la planta, teniendo como base el status de las órdenes en firme.
  • Contribuir en la validación de la explosión de materiales para el cumplimiento del programa de producción.
  • Atender y dar seguimiento a las interacciones con clientes internos y externos.
  • Contribuir en el logro de los indicadores del área.

Perfil

  • Licenciatura Terminada.
  • Experiencia Mínima de 2 años en Planeación de Procesos de Manufactura.
  • Experiencia Mínima de 2 años en Planeación de Materiales.
  • Manejo de SAP Avanzado.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office Excel Intermedio.
  • Ingles Avanzado.
  • Conocimientos en Planeacion de la demanda Intermedios.
