 We are looking for a Financial Analyst to drive insights, support strategic goals, and ensure financial excellence through precision, collaboration, and analytical expertise

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE:

  • Assist in budget preparation and provide support for the latest forecast process.
  • Support the month-end and year end closing process by recording, classifying, reconciling financial transactions, and analyzing results to ensure accurate financial statements.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls.
  • Support the Sr. Performance Manager in preparing the financial and operational reports at local, regional, and global levels (e.g., business reviews, gross margin analysis, and financial statements).
  • Assist in inventory valuation processes, including variance capitalization, actual cost valuation, and general ledger reconciliation.
  • Support cash flow optimization efforts by analyzing inflows and outflows, identifying trends, and recommending actionable strategies to improve liquidity and working capital efficiency. 
  • Provide advice to other Bacardi Brand Homes by assisting with variance analysis, accounting processes, and standardization efforts.
  • Internal and External Audit Support.
  • Translate financial data into clear and concise summaries of the business story.
  • Support Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) and assist in cost management processes to help optimize resource allocation enabling transparent business decisions and trade-offs.
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate and transparent financial reporting through the leveraging of the company’s shared services and internal systems.
  • Perform root cause analysis and develop financial models to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of the long-term strategic plan by supporting the alignment of short-term goals with long-term objectives, ensuring resources are allocated to meet annual targets, improvement projects, and investment needs.
  • Partner and collaborate with other departments to support performance improvements and identify actionable solutions.
  • Find solutions to pressing issues in a timely matter
  • Communicate findings clear and effectively and contribute to a positive working relationship with primos across different levels.
  • Other tasks required for the position are participating in other Brand Homes finance and performance projects.
  • Comply with the norms and procedures of Environmental, Heath, Security, Quality and Policies established by the company.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required).
  • 3–5 years of experience with a strong understanding of the full accounting cycle.
  • Experience in Corporate Finance (preferred).
  • Prior experience in the spirits industry, hospitality, auditing, or corporate accounting (preferred).
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel (required), Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to take complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Effective problem-solving, time management, and strategic planning skills.
  • High learning agility and adaptability, with a proven track record of achieving exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, capable of working with global stakeholders, including senior management.
  • A strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, motivated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively under time constraints.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required); additional languages are a plus.
