Responsabilidades
- Como parte del equipo, deberás contribuir a alcanzar nuestros objetivos de ventas: VOL, ventas netas, SOM, SOS, mejores baldas, boxes y visibilidad.
- Ser responsable de la implementación del plan comercial acordado en el Plan de Actividad Integrada de Cuentas (IAP).
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones efectivas con los clientes para garantizar que los compradores encuentren nuestras marcas.
- Negociar para mejorar los objetivos de distribución y visibilidad con las tiendas y los gerentes regionales.
- Instalar y garantizar todas las activaciones en la tienda procedentes de los planes CPA y KA y de sus propias iniciativas.
- Impulsar el crecimiento de SOM, SOS de nuestras marcas en el canal.
- Desarrollarás nuestra cartera Premium y protegerás el negocio principal en el canal.

- Capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas, negociar e influir en la mejor ejecución.
- Sólidas habilidades comerciales, analíticas, de presentación y comunicación.
- Debe ser capaz de pensar de forma creativa y desarrollar planes de activación sólidos que impulsen la tasa de venta y distribución de nuestras marcas.
- Ser competente en el uso de PowerPoint, Excel y herramientas de previsión/datos.
- Hablar español con fluidez, ya que el puesto sería responsable de España.
